Key Responsibilities:
- Design efficient routes for Technicians by generating dispatch tickets for service requests and coordinating their travel to initial appointments while maintaining ongoing communication throughout the day.
- Manage incoming customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and oversee the dispatch board.
- Anticipate future workloads and oversee maintenance agreements, including billing, scheduling, material preparation, database management, customer records, and renewals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers and clients to facilitate smooth schedule adjustments.
- Handle invoice inquiries and respond to all overnight communications.
- Complete service agreements for new clients and keep customer history updated in the database.
- Update the service database based on service tickets.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service/Dispatch, with strong administrative and computer skills.
- Familiarity with the service area and/or map reading abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills and the ability to multitask.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
