Key Responsibilities:

  • Design efficient routes for Technicians by generating dispatch tickets for service requests and coordinating their travel to initial appointments while maintaining ongoing communication throughout the day.
  • Manage incoming customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and oversee the dispatch board.
  • Anticipate future workloads and oversee maintenance agreements, including billing, scheduling, material preparation, database management, customer records, and renewals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers and clients to facilitate smooth schedule adjustments.
  • Handle invoice inquiries and respond to all overnight communications.
  • Complete service agreements for new clients and keep customer history updated in the database.
  • Update the service database based on service tickets.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service/Dispatch, with strong administrative and computer skills.
  • Familiarity with the service area and/or map reading abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
