Your Impact:

  • Act as a domain expert with intermediate to advanced knowledge and hands-on configuration experience in three or more areas: Core HCM, Benefits, Performance, Absence, Compensation, Security, Analytics, and Reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Principal Architect and HRIS team to facilitate requirements gathering, process evaluations, solution design, project management, testing, training, and documentation.
  • Craft comprehensive solutions that span HR and beyond to enhance interpersonal capabilities and align with overall HR strategies and priorities.
  • Oversee and lead significant HR initiatives such as Open Enrollment, Annual Performance, and Bonus/Merit Cycles.
  • Provide expert knowledge in Workday platform capabilities and configurations.
  • Support existing production modules while proactively identifying and suggesting process improvement initiatives to enhance Workday efficiency.
  • Lead and conduct user acceptance testing for Workday updates, new features, and functional changes. Establish POCs and keep business stakeholders informed of new functionalities.
  • Assist with upgrades, enhancements, testing, validation, and overall system performance.
  • Manage and resolve case escalations within SLA, delivering high-quality and accurate solutions. Provide Tier 2 HR support for Workday, including investigating and troubleshooting unexpected results or process issues.
  • Oversee implementation partner teams and ensure accountability for deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Internal Audit and Operations teams to guarantee SOX compliance. Develop auditing processes to maintain data integrity and system accuracy.
Your Qualifications:
  • 7-10 years of HRIS experience with extensive exposure to various Workday modules (Core HCM, Benefits, Performance/Compensation/Absence/Time Tracking)
  • 5+ years of strong consultative skills with Workday Configuration experience and solid production support capabilities
  • 2+ years as a Workday Security administrator, collaborating with Audit teams to design corrective measures.
  • 3+ years of experience in building EIBs, complex report writing, and a solid understanding of Workday Integrations.
  • Ability to be a problem solver and propose multiple solutions for business requirements within Workday.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to HR and IT Leadership.
  • Capability to lead requirements/design sessions, documentation, and work collaboratively with business customers and both functional and technical team members.
  • Workday certifications and familiarity with the Anaplan platform are preferred.
  • Experience with the Anaplan platform and Greenhouse ATS is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and JIRA is a plus.
