POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a dedicated Overnight Guest Services Coordinator to manage the hotel’s overnight activities, ensuring seamless late check-ins and effective collaboration with various departments in a dynamic hotel environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Engage positively with guests, team members, and vendors during the overnight shift.
  • Address guest requirements throughout the night, including check-in/check-out procedures, billing, and information dissemination.
  • Serve as an informed resource regarding the hotel, its amenities, and the surrounding area.
  • Foster a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and colleagues through friendly interactions.
  • Build lasting relationships with guests while adhering to service excellence standards.
  • Facilitate smooth guest arrivals and departures, manage feedback, and process payments.
  • Respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Input guest information and transactions into hotel management systems.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Anticipate guest needs and strive to provide outstanding service.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail while upholding policies with professionalism.
  • Report safety or security concerns immediately and adhere to emergency protocols.
  • Assist other departments as necessary to ensure a cohesive guest experience.
  • Present a professional appearance and complete daily front desk responsibilities.
  • Ensure accuracy in account balancing and report generation.
  • Address guest complaints and issues with a courteous and professional demeanor.
  • Investigate and resolve safety concerns to prevent future occurrences.
  • Communicate guest issues to management for appropriate resolution.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Positive demeanor with strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to multitask, work independently, and follow instructions effectively.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency in computer applications.
  • Fluency in English with clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adept at prioritizing tasks, problem-solving, and collaborating within a team.
  • Commitment to maintaining guest confidentiality and upholding hotel standards.
  • Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.
