Document Preparation Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Report Processing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and editing Microsoft Word and Excel document content, ensuring accuracy and consistency in our reports.
Key Responsibilities- Format and edit document content provided by engagement teams
- Participate in a review process to incorporate feedback and ensure documents meet quality standards
- Provide administrative support, including backing up the receptionist as needed and performing general office duties
- Assist with facilities support and correspondence for partners and managers
- Two years or more of experience in a professional office environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to type 50+ wpm
