Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our team at Terminus. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct door-to-door sales in residential neighborhoods and cold calling to present, promote, and sell roofing products/services to existing and prospective customers.

  • Perform drone or physical roof inspections as needed to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis to ensure customers receive the best possible solutions for their roofing needs.

  • Establish and maintain positive business relationships with customers through exceptional communication and customer service skills.

  • Achieve sales targets within agreed timeframes, driving revenue growth and contributing to the company's success.

  • Communicate with insurance providers, adjusters, and inspectors on behalf of customers to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Enter required photos, measurements, and documentation via Company Software within required reporting guidelines.

Requirements
  • 6 months of previous sales experience preferred, with a proven track record of success in sales and customer service.

  • Willingness to learn company sales tracking software, mobile apps, and Outlook to stay organized and efficient.

  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

  • Strong time management and organizational abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Relationship management skills with openness to feedback, ensuring continuous improvement and growth.

  • Ability to follow up with potential leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

  • Honest, trustworthy, and disciplined, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.

  • Capable of working with limited supervision, with a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation.

  • Must possess a working smartphone and valid driver's license, vehicle, and auto insurance.

  • Ability to complete roof inspections and physical tasks as required, with a strong physical presence and stamina.

Physical Requirements
  • Must be capable of driving, walking long distances, and standing for extended periods, with the ability to navigate long driveways and steep porch steps.

  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including hot and cold temperatures, with a strong commitment to safety and well-being.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Sales Representatives are paid on a commission basis, earning a profit share for each roof sold and a competitive bonus structure.

Job Type: Full-time, 1099

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
