Roofing Sales Professional

Conduct door-to-door sales in residential neighborhoods and cold calling to present, promote, and sell roofing products/services to existing and prospective customers.
Perform drone or physical roof inspections as needed to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis to ensure customers receive the best possible solutions for their roofing needs.
Establish and maintain positive business relationships with customers through exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Achieve sales targets within agreed timeframes, driving revenue growth and contributing to the company's success.
Communicate with insurance providers, adjusters, and inspectors on behalf of customers to ensure seamless service delivery.
Enter required photos, measurements, and documentation via Company Software within required reporting guidelines.
6 months of previous sales experience preferred, with a proven track record of success in sales and customer service.
Willingness to learn company sales tracking software, mobile apps, and Outlook to stay organized and efficient.
Highly motivated and target-driven, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Strong time management and organizational abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Relationship management skills with openness to feedback, ensuring continuous improvement and growth.
Ability to follow up with potential leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Honest, trustworthy, and disciplined, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
Capable of working with limited supervision, with a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation.
Must possess a working smartphone and valid driver's license, vehicle, and auto insurance.
Ability to complete roof inspections and physical tasks as required, with a strong physical presence and stamina.
Must be capable of driving, walking long distances, and standing for extended periods, with the ability to navigate long driveways and steep porch steps.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including hot and cold temperatures, with a strong commitment to safety and well-being.
As a Sales Representative, you will have the flexibility to manage your time effectively, with a moderate workload and opportunities for creative lead generation and networking.
Background check and drug test required, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
