Position Overview:

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the performance of our sales team. You will develop and implement sales strategies, provide leadership and training, and ensure targets are met or exceeded. This role offers tremendous growth opportunities, with the potential to advance to senior leadership positions within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute nationwide and regional sales strategies to meet company revenue goals.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve skills and effectiveness.
  • Sales Performance: Set individual and team sales targets, and continuously monitor performance to ensure goals are met.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and build strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competition, and opportunities for growth. Implement strategic adjustments as necessary.
  • Reporting & Budgeting: Prepare detailed sales reports for senior management and oversee the budgeting of sales resources and expenses.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales management, preferably in the roofing or home improvement industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading and coaching sales teams to success.
  • Results-Oriented: Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage both the sales team and client relationships.
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience using CRM software and sales management tools to track sales activities and performance.
Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: Competitive base salary, ranging from $60,000 - $100,000 depending on experience.

Commission Structure:

  • 1% commission on sales up to $2.5 million.
  • 1.5% commission on sales between $2.5 million and $5 million.
  • 2% commission on sales between $5 million and $10 million.
  • 2.5% commission on sales over $10 million.

Bonuses:

  • $50,000 bonus for achieving $10 million in sales.
  • $100,000 bonus for achieving $20 million in sales.

Performance Expectations:

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for hiring and leading the team to achieve at least $5 million in sales during your first year. You will implement strategies and coaching techniques to help the team hit monthly and quarterly targets, ensuring consistent growth and performance.
