Job Title: Commercial Roofing Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to join our team at Simon Roofing. As a key member of our production division, you will be responsible for managing commercial roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate commercial roofing projects, including estimating, scheduling, and supervising installation teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution, including procurement, logistics, and quality control.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure profitability and compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of commercial roofing experience, with a strong background in project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale commercial roofing projects, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the US to manage projects and meet with customers and stakeholders.
