About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Apis Services, Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and clients by managing daily operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and performing data entry tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records, including client files, financial documents, and personnel information.
  • Ensure effective communication with clients, staff, and stakeholders by responding to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as processing invoices, managing supplies, and coordinating events.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's degree or higher is preferred.
  • Minimum two years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Estimated Salary Range:

The estimated salary range for this position is $17-$20 per hour, based on industry standards and location factors.
