We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Support Specialist to join our financial team at GARY T & LORI L CHARLEBOIS. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and administrative duties.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in basic office software applications, and the ability to multitask with ease. A background check with fingerprints is required.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
  • Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar of events
  • Compose emails, memos, and letters as needed
  • Maintain an organized filing system for sensitive documents
  • Promote exceptional client service
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or administrative training preferred
  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant in a financial services or similar office environment
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Highly organized with exceptional time management skills and prioritization abilities

This role offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on location and experience, 15% SEP/IRAs contribution, paid time off and holidays, and a credit toward employee health insurance premium.
