Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at FARMERS Insurance. This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a dynamic agency team in an office setting, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall customer experience.
Job Description:
As our ideal candidate, you will have a passion for customer care and a flair for understanding the needs and motivations of people. You will inspire customer loyalty by working closely with our agency owner to set strategy and implement best practices for customer contact. Your analytical skills will be essential in monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of agency loyalty initiatives and customer satisfaction efforts. With the ultimate goal of strengthening and enhancing customer relationships, you will be a key player in driving business success.
Responsibilities:
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will be responsible for cross-selling current customers auto, home, and business products, and must be licensed in Property & Casualty within the first 30 days. Additionally, you will need to possess experience with PC software applications, Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Explorer, etc., and proficiency with metrics and analytics. A valid driver's license is also required. Work on evenings and weekends may occasionally be needed.
The salary for this position is approximately $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
