Position Summary:
The Membership Sales Consultant plays a pivotal role in the growth of our community at Kenton Lands, LLC. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about connecting with potential members and showcasing how our services can fulfill their needs. The work schedule is flexible, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate member interactions and sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stay updated on current membership sales initiatives and effectively communicate them to potential clients.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all club offerings and activities.
- Welcome all visitors to the club and facilitate tours or appointments.
- Conduct a minimum of thirty (30) outreach calls daily, allocating time efficiently for each call.
- Schedule and confirm at least three (3) appointments each day, excluding renewals.
- Accurately complete all membership agreements and related documentation for each transaction.
- Submit daily reports to the Membership Director at the conclusion of each shift.
- Encourage new member engagement through motivational follow-up calls.
- Build rapport with members, striving to know them on a first-name basis.
- Interact professionally with fellow staff members.
- Maintain a comprehensive file system for all contacts and follow-ups.
- Attend all sales meetings unless previously arranged with the Membership Director.
- Enhance sales knowledge through continuous learning resources.
- Notify the control desk of your location within the club.
- Exhibit a professional demeanor at all times while representing the club.
- Be prepared for tours and presentations at any moment.
- Ensure daily workbooks are organized and up to date.
- Adhere to professional appearance standards.
- Keep the office environment orderly.
- Follow the referral process for every sale.
- Take breaks individually and inform team members and the front desk.
- Log all tours and information calls in the daily worksheet without exception.
- Dedicate at least one hour daily to Corporate Outreach, documenting all interactions and outcomes.
- Send thank-you notes to all guests greeted and members who joined within 48 hours.
Qualifications:
- High motivation and a proactive approach are essential.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and strong networking abilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of sales processes and operations.
Education and Experience:
- Prior experience in sales is required.
- Experience in a health club or hospitality setting is preferred.
- A college degree is advantageous.
- CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications must be obtained within 60 days of employment.
