International Staff Consulting is seeking a Manufacturing Director - Operations and Efficiency Leader to join our team.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Overview

As the Manufacturing Director - Operations and Efficiency Leader, you will be responsible for leading our manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient workflows, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading and managing daily operations, allocating resources effectively, and managing costs to achieve operational goals.
  • Developing and implementing visual management tools to enhance workload visibility.
  • Collaborating with production planning and sales teams to ensure customer order fulfillment meets or exceeds requirements.
  • Ensuring a safe working environment by maintaining a hazard-free workplace and guiding employees in safe work practices.
  • Collaborating with the safety team to enhance safety programs and monitoring production quality and quantity.
  • Leading and sustaining 5S housekeeping standards and ensuring employee adherence to established procedures and quality benchmarks.
  • Driving continuous quality improvements and producing and tracking key quality metrics monthly.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A college degree in engineering or management.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing management role.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, 5S, and ISO standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with technology updates.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
