Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our team at Residential One LLC. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations of multi-family residential apartments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leasing:
    • Qualify prospects by covering all criteria and recording all telephone and in-person visits on appropriate reports.
    • Inspect models and available apartments, and communicate related service needs.
    • Demonstrate community and apartment features and benefits to clients, and close sales.
    • Process applications for approvals, ensure apartments are ready for residents to move-in, and follow up on prospects that did not close.
  • Administrative:
    • Accept rental payments, maintain current resident files, and record daily inspections for the community.
    • Distribute company or community-issued notices, and maintain accurate monthly commission records on leases and renewals.
  • Resident Retention:
    • Receive and respond to resident requests, concerns, and comments, and complete maintenance Service Requests in a timely manner.
    • Ensure all maintenance repairs are handled satisfactorily, and maintain open communication with supervisors and residential staff.
  • Neighborhood Marketing:
    • Participate in outreach marketing activities to obtain prospective residents, and advise residents of referral concessions.
    • Assist in placing, removing, or updating marketing materials, and conduct market surveys and shop competitive communities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail.
