**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Engineer to join our CMP department at Jireh Semiconductor. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our equipment, including installation, maintenance, and training programs.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure equipment performance.
  • Develop and maintain equipment specifications.
  • Develop and execute corrective maintenance plans for equipment.
  • Collaborate with equipment, production, and process groups to prioritize work and ensure quality.
  • Develop and implement training programs for technician certification.
  • Develop and implement equipment improvement plans.
  • Participate in the selection and interview process for technician hiring and transfers.
  • Oversee equipment relocation and installations.
  • Track and report daily activities through verbal and written communication.

**Requirements**

  • 5 years of experience in a fab environment on relevant semiconductor equipment.
  • BS in Engineering.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Strong technical capability.
  • Ability to troubleshoot system problems to board level required, component level preferred.
  • Ability to analyze equipment schematics for advanced troubleshooting.
  • Experience with AMAT Mirra Polishers and LAM Ontrak Scrubbers preferred.
  • Experience with Disco grinder, tape/detapers, and other tool sets a plus.
  • Familiarity with SPC, FMEA, and standard engineering practices.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
