We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Counselor to join our team at Morada Temple, our Independent Living community. As a Sales Counselor, you will play a critical role in promoting our community and services to seniors and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with seniors, their family members, and other influencers to explore their new living options.
- Present the different lifestyles available at Morada Temple, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care, and personalized care services to meet their needs.
- Conduct community tours and host prospect and professional events to build occupancy in our community.
Requirements:
- Five or more years of proven commission-based sales experience.
- Compassionate and interested in working with seniors.
- Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-making.
- Expert at discovering a prospect's sales motivation and needs.
- Quick, strategic thinker with the ability to understand and overcome objections.
- Ability to close sales in person and over the phone.
- Self-starter with a passion for sales and accomplishing goals.
- Project a professional and polished image that inspires confidence and trust.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience working with sales CRM systems, tracking leads, and sales activities.
