At SupportFinity, we're revolutionizing the future of work with human-like AI employees that operate within our consolidated software ecosystem. With a strong foundation and a talented team, we're expanding rapidly and looking for a seasoned General Manager to lead the development of a new vertical product from scratch.

The Role:

We're facing three significant challenges in today's software landscape:

  • Fragmentation: The B2B SaaS stack is unexplainably fragmented, leading to wasted resources and frustration.
  • Human Involvement: Millions of humans spend hours on tasks that can be automated with AI, hindering productivity and efficiency.
  • Lack of Excitement: B2B SaaS is often ugly, confusing, and uninspiring, failing to captivate users.

As the General Manager of our second vertical, you'll drive the strategy, execution, and growth of a complete software ecosystem and new AI employee. This role requires a hands-on leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, ready to build and scale a team, oversee product development, and lead the go-to-market strategy. You'll have full ownership of the new vertical's success, working closely with our leadership team to define its vision and bring it to life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of a new AI Employee and SaaS ecosystem, from initial concept to full market launch.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a cross-functional team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with product, AI, and engineering teams to create a world-class solution that solves real customer pain points.
  • Drive the product's market positioning, launch strategy, and ongoing growth, ensuring alignment with SupportFinity's overall mission.
  • Engage with customers and the broader market to gather feedback, iterate on the product, and ensure product-market fit.
  • Set and achieve financial targets, including revenue, profitability, and cost management for the new vertical.
  • Communicate product progress and milestones to the executive team, investors, and other key stakeholders.
Who You Are:

You have a founder mode mindset, with experience building and scaling products or companies from zero to one. You can think big-picture while also being detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to pivot as needed. You have deep experience in product development and market launch, ideally in AI, SaaS, or B2B environments. You have experience recruiting and leading teams, fostering a high-performance culture with a focus on results and innovation.

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, ideally with entrepreneurial or product management experience.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling successful products or business units.
  • Strong financial and operational acumen, with experience managing P&Ls.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS, AI, or sales technology markets is a plus.
  • Ideally background as a successful founder or GM.
