Job Description

Cypress HCM is seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Product Manager to lead the launch of a new financial product. This role involves planning, executing, and finalizing the project, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budget requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure all aspects of the launch are aligned.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Timeline and Budget Management: Monitor project progress, adjust timelines as needed, and ensure the project stays within budget.
  • Product Launch Execution: Oversee the execution of all launch activities, including go-to-market strategies, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs to measure the success of the product launch and report regularly to senior leadership.
  • Compliance: Ensure all project activities meet regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably within financial services or fintech.
  • Proven experience in launching new products, particularly in a regulated industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, Jira, or Trello.

Pay Rate: $70-$95/hour DOE
