Position Details
  • In response to the company's expansion, they seek a seasoned technical account manager to cultivate, enhance, and sustain business operations across the continental United States.
  • This role involves engaging with various stakeholders, including senior decision-makers at multinational corporations.
  • The selected candidate will be tasked with marketing and selling specialty chemicals to both existing and potential clients.
  • Responsible for developing and executing account plans, setting goals and priorities for clients, both immediate and future-oriented.
  • Will manage and oversee the overall relationship with clients, serving as the primary representative of the company.
  • The successful applicant will be expected to work from the company's office three days a week when not traveling.
  • Approximately 40% of the role will involve overnight travel.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of four years of experience in specialty chemical sales is essential.
  • A bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for degrees in chemical engineering or chemistry.
  • The company highly values intellectual curiosity.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, along with strong written and verbal communication abilities, are necessary.
