Job Overview

Must successfully complete a drug and background screening

We are seeking an individual with a minimum of 1 year of experience in commission-based sales.

Preferred qualifications include 1-3 years of experience in customer service or retail sales.

Experience in repairs is advantageous but not mandatory.

Commission opportunities available on select sales.

Simple IRA plan provided as well.

Demonstrated ability to acquire new skills essential for delivering an exceptional customer experience is required.
Must possess the motivation and capability to consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
Basic computer proficiency is necessary.
Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
Ability to maintain composure under pressure and meet multiple deadlines.
Attention to detail is crucial.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a small, close-knit team.
Reliable transportation is required.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure customers enjoy a superior experience by delivering outstanding customer service, fostering brand loyalty.
Guide customers from the initial check-in process through to the completion of their repairs.
Provide recommendations for resolving issues.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair devices.
Communicate complex technical matters to customers in a straightforward, comprehensible manner.
Offer repair and replacement estimates to customers.
Suggest additional accessories for upselling opportunities.
Ensure all repairs meet or exceed Ubreakifix quality standards.
Welcome customers in a friendly, professional manner while maintaining a positive workplace atmosphere.
Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, aiming to convert inquiries into store visits.
Monitor all devices and inventory while protecting store stock.
Utilize the point of sale system to accurately record customer information and provide real-time updates on repairs.
Maintain cleanliness and a professional appearance in the store.
