Position Summary:
The Community Engagement Coordinator plays a vital role within our office team, focusing on enhancing resident satisfaction and managing various operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist in the management of rent collection and leasing processes.
- Address inquiries and concerns from current and prospective residents in a courteous and professional manner.
- Conduct property tours and facilitate lease agreements as required.
- Communicate effectively with residents regarding outstanding payments, including potential lease termination and legal proceedings if necessary.
- Support the management of the community's budget through sound financial decisions aimed at increasing net operating income.
- Ensure the accuracy of resident records and files.
- Perform inspections of apartments during move-in and move-out processes, as well as routine community assessments.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- A solid understanding of business principles and strategic thinking.
- Comprehensive knowledge of multifamily operations, including financial reporting, problem-solving, and resident relations.
- Ability to navigate all areas of the community for inspections and tours.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in property management (1-3 years preferred).
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic computer skills; familiarity with OneSite is a plus.
