The Airport Lounge Division of Sodexo Live presents an exciting opportunity for a Beverage Operations Supervisor at a major airport.


Our Delta Sky Clubs/Lounges offer a serene escape from the airport bustle, renowned for their comfort and sophistication.


The Beverage Operations Supervisor will oversee a team of hourly employees during shifts, including supervisors, bartenders, food attendants, and custodial staff.

As the lead manager, you will be responsible for the operations of the club/lounge, which includes: Training, service standards, reporting, guest and client interaction, team development, and food safety compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in hiring, training, and scheduling staff; monitoring service quality; and adhering to Sodexo and airline client service standards.

Success in this role requires oversight of both front and back of house operations, in addition to food and beverage service, with a strong emphasis on guest relations.

We seek individuals with excellent communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.

This manager will be expected to work early morning or closing shifts, including weekends.

We are looking for food and beverage professionals who are passionate about service in an upscale hospitality environment.

The successful candidate will:
oversee daily food operations and ensure high-quality service;

meet company and client financial objectives;

cultivate and maintain client and customer relationships;

inspire, coach, mentor, and develop frontline staff; and/or

ensure compliance with Sodexo standards, including food and safety protocols.

While the budgeted range for the position is available, Sodexo salary offers are based on specific criteria such as experience, skills, education, and training.


Qualifications & Requirements:
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 2 years


Basic Functional Experience - 2 years of work experience in food or culinary services, including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, and food courts.
