Job Overview

We are seeking an Operations Supervisor for our client site. The Operations Supervisor will lead a dedicated team providing mailroom processing and document scanning services.

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing staff in various areas, including Mail Center Services, Copy Center Support, and Help Desk Operations.

This role involves active participation in daily tasks and management of onsite contractor personnel to ensure seamless workflow and quick resolution of any performance-related issues.

Important Requirements

Applicants must have a clean criminal and financial history to pass the background verification process. No financial write-offs or charge-offs are permitted.

All educational and employment history, including supervisors from previous positions, must be verifiable.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise all on-site personnel and manage the overall coordination of services and performance.
2. Monitor attendance to ensure all staff report to work as scheduled and provide reports at designated intervals.
3. Oversee the operation of mailroom services, including the management of high-volume computerized copying and scanning equipment.

Some familiarity and experience in managing Help Desk and Receptionist functions are preferred.

4. Provide site-related reports to the Contract Manager as necessary.

5. Perform various tasks as needed and assist in any area required.
