Job Summary

Hoxton Circle is seeking a skilled Help Desk Tier 2 professional to provide technical support for ~40 users, ensuring efficient hardware, software, and network performance.

The successful candidate will collaborate with department heads and consultants to resolve technical issues and maintain system functionality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer technical support via phone, email, chat, and in-person to users.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize disruptions.
  • Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and patches.
  • Assist with network setup, configuration, and security alongside consultants.
  • Educate users on system and software use.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and procedures for knowledge base updates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 4+ years of IT Help Desk or technical support experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerBI, Azure; Sage 100 and PowerBI experience a plus.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve complex technical problems efficiently.
