Job Summary:

Koniag Government Services is seeking a highly skilled Training Manager to support our Drug Demand Reduction Program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with experience in managing training programs for large organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for the Air National Guard
  • Provide training oversight for the Wing Drug Demand Reduction Programs
  • Manage all DDRP training actions within Drug Testing
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training meets program goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • One year of specialized experience in training and development
  • Knowledge of the theory and principles of management and organization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
