Job Summary:
Koniag Government Services, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Training Manager – Drug Testing Program to support ATS and our government customer in Albany, NY.
This is a Remote opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all Air National Guard Service Component levels are properly trained and facilitate mission readiness.
- Implement a DDRP training program to foster a drug-free environment for all personnel under the purview of applicable military regulations pertaining to the Air National Guard Drug Demand Reduction Program.
- Manage all DDRP training at Air National Guard.
- Provide all training oversight of the Wing Drug Demand Reduction Programs to Major Command (MAJCOM).
- Train and certify all required personnel for DDRP duties and responsibilities.
- Train in the oversight and preparation of legal documents for DDRP legal boards.
- MAJCOM Primary point of contact and administrator for all training actions within Drug Testing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position.
- Combination of Experience and Education: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%.
Work Environment & Conditions:
This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate.
The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress.
The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
