Job Summary

The University of Kentucky is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Student Financial Aid Executive Director to join our team. As the chief financial aid administrator, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight to our student financial aid operations, ensuring that we deliver exceptional service to our students and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the student financial aid team, ensuring that we meet our goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective financial aid strategies to support student enrollment, retention, and graduation.
  • Collaborate with university partners to create customized financial aid programs for underserved populations.
  • Advise university administration on changes in federal and state financial aid policies and programs.
  • Ensure that financial aid policies and procedures are in compliance with financial aid laws, rules, and regulations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A master's degree in a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in student financial aid, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of financial aid trends and regulations.
