Job Summary

This position provides front-line services for the Financial Aid Office, offering quality information and customer service to prospective and current students, their families, and alumni. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in student services and federal/state aid programs, providing exceptional support to Financial Aid Specialists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer service and information to students, families, and alumni.
  • Resolve student issues related to financial aid.
  • Assist students with online services and respond to inquiries via text, phone, and email.
  • Review and upload financial aid documents, including federal tax transcripts, untaxed income, W-2s, and tax schedules.
  • Provide specialized counseling to students and parents, completing necessary procedures to complete the financial aid process.
  • Support Financial Aid Specialists with tasks such as typing, mailing, tracking letters, data entry, and maintaining databases.
  • Serve as a regional campus student contact and update/stock financial aid forms.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
