Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our Cardiac Rhythm Management team. As a Clinical Specialist, you will provide technical, educational, and operational support to assist the district in meeting sales and customer service objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving issues with Cardiac Rhythm Management products.
  • Develop and deliver educational programs to customers, including training on new products and technologies.
  • Assist with operational support, including managing inventory and coordinating logistics.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives and district management to achieve sales objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, life sciences, or biomedical engineering.
  • Cath lab, EP lab, hospital, or clinic experience.
  • Experience teaching and educating medical personnel, peers, and technical support personnel.
  • Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with peers and colleagues across organization levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate and participate in numerous tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements
  • Frequent travel to customer clinics, hospitals, and offsite meetings.
  • Continuous verbal and written communication.
  • Frequent 2-handed lifting of up to 40 lbs.
  • Sitting, standing, and/or walking for up to eight plus hours per day.
  • Environmental exposures include eye protection, infectious disease, and radiation.
Benefits and Compensation

Medtronic offers a competitive salary and flexible benefits package. This position is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), which provides the opportunity to earn significant incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding sales objectives.

The base salary range is $63,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
