We are seeking an experienced Injection Molding Process Technician to join our team at Allied Reliability. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of injection molding equipment, ensuring the production of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide troubleshooting and support to level 2 line technicians overseeing multiple processing and packaging machines on the same line.
  • Assist with production startups and ensure processes run smoothly.
  • Train and mentor less experienced technicians, both in technical skills and best practices.
  • Collaborate daily with shift management to identify problem areas and implement action plans for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing as a high-level operator or technician.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in injection molding.
  • Strong mechanical and process aptitude with demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with maintenance teams, process engineering, and management.
  • Proven ability to train and develop junior technicians.
