About the Role

As a Mitigation Technician with Paul Davis, you will play a critical role in restoring properties affected by disasters such as floods and fires. Your primary responsibility will be to perform high-level water mitigation, tarping, board up, and mold remediation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and all company equipment.
  • Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as necessary.
  • Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when needed.
  • Lead by example and assist other team members as opportunities arise.
Requirements
  • Dedication to customer service and a positive attitude.
  • Fluent in English and a clean criminal background check.
  • Ability to pass a drug test and have a valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed, and lift 75 LBS frequently.
  • Desire to continually learn new things and have a clean background.
