Injection Molding Process Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Injection Molding Process Technician to fill a critical role in our production team. In this position, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of injection molding equipment, ensuring the production of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide troubleshooting and support to level 2 line technicians overseeing multiple processing and packaging machines on the same line.
- Assist with production startups and ensure processes run smoothly.
- Train and mentor less experienced technicians, both in technical skills and best practices.
- Collaborate daily with shift management to identify problem areas and implement action plans for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing as a high-level operator or technician.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in injection molding.
- Strong mechanical and process aptitude with demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration with maintenance teams, process engineering, and management.
- Proven ability to train and develop junior technicians.
