Job OpportunityPalladium Investments, Inc. is a leading Real Estate Investment company in south Florida, seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our high-performance sales team. As a Wholesale Real Estate Sales Agent, you will be responsible for executing a calling strategy to connect with and verify Real Estate Investors, developing and maintaining relationships with investors, and marketing active properties to assigned investor accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute calling strategy to connect with and verify Real Estate Investors.
  • Developing and Maintaining relationships with Real Estate Investors.
  • Marketing active properties to assigned Investor accounts.
  • Negotiating terms coherently and closing sales.
  • Preparing sales contracts.
  • Outbound/Inbound Sales Calls.
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly quotas.
  • Attending weekly company and sales meetings.
  • Promptly responding to emails, and completing tasks assigned.

  • Highly Driven and Motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • MUST BE A HARD WORKER
  • Passion for Real Estate Investing.
  • Determination to Exceed Expectations with ability to compete.
  • Great Communicator
  • Above all must be Honest, Dependable and possess High Integrity
