We're seeking a highly skilled Virtual BDC Agent - Outbound to join our team. This full-time, non-exempt position will be responsible for handling outbound calls to both sales and service lists for dealerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call both sales and service lists for dealerships
  • Call customers for equity mining and retention purposes
  • Call OnStar customers with diagnostic notifications

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of Auto BDC experience or Call Center experience
  • Demonstrated ability to be a great communicator
  • Proper phone etiquette
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Various Schedules Available:

Monday through Thursday: 8:00AM - 7:00PM EST or 10:00AM - 9:00PM EST

Tuesday through Friday: 8:00AM - 7:00PM EST or 10:00AM - 9:00PM EST

Monday through Friday: 8:00AM - 5:00PM EST

Monday through Friday: 10:00AM - 7:00PM EST

Monday through Friday: 12:00PM - 9:00PM EST
