We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Behavioral Health Operations Coordinator to join our team at Achieve Behavior Change.

The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising teams, managing day-to-day operations, and supporting insurance billing and HR teams. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The Behavioral Health Operations Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling services, coordinating with vendors and supplies, ensuring daily medical notes are completed, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, this role will involve assisting with client check-in and check-out, onboarding and training new staff, and supporting client records requests.

This is a full-time position that requires working on-site and remotely. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, with a strong understanding of labor laws and experience in ABA or another medical field. The salary for this position is estimated to be between $38,400 and $44,640 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and an hourly rate of $19-$22.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling services and coordinating with vendors and supplies
  • Ensuring daily medical notes are completed and compliant
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Assisting with client check-in and check-out
  • Onboarding and training new staff
  • Supporting client records requests

Requirements:

  • 6-month minimum experience in Human Resources or supervising and scheduling a team of employees
  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Proficient with online databases
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to ensure compliance
  • Bilingual Spanish speakers highly preferred
