Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Assistant Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Achieve Behavior Change. As a key member of our clinical team, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with experienced professionals to provide effective and ethical ABA services to individuals across the lifespan.

This role is ideal for those enrolled in a BCBA program or BCaBA looking to grow in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Our company strongly believes in investing in our team members to help them reach their goals together.

Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with our clinical team to provide high-quality ABA services within our service model
  • Serve as a model to behavior technicians in providing effective and compassionate ABA practices
  • Participate in mentorship and case review meetings to develop clinical skills and expertise
  • Under the direction of the Clinical Director and with support from an assigned BCBA, you will develop the skillset needed to work independently upon certification
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years ABA experience
  • Enrolled in a BCBA program
  • BA/BS degree
  • Ability to repeatedly lift 35 lbs
  • Ability to pass background/fingerprint clearance, health screenings, and provide/obtain immunizations including TB, and drug testing
  • Reliable transportation, proof of valid California driver's license, safe driving record, and proper auto insurance and vehicle registration

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
