Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at NSI Industries LLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial production facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on industrial equipment, including repairing or replacing gearboxes, hydraulic/pneumatic cylinders, valves, and other mechanical components.
  • Disassemble, repair, and reassemble machinery as needed, and cut, thread, and assemble pipe.
  • Extract broken bolts and fabricate, repair, and weld broken brackets, chutes, rails, and mounts.
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks and follow instructions on supplied work orders.
  • Document repairs performed on equipment and order repair parts as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with trade school graduate preferred.
  • 5 years of verifiable, recent experience performing mechanical repairs.
  • Toolbox and tools required.
  • Welding abilities (Mig and Stick) a plus.
Working Conditions

Our facility is a cool, clean environment with average industrial air. However, heat and humidity may be above normal in the summer, and ear protection is required due to constant background noise. Safety glasses and totally enclosed flat heel shoes are also required at all times.
