Your Responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant:

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, including onboarding new clients, identifying candidates, and managing the interview stages.
  • Talent acquisition: Engaging in sourcing, evaluating, and interviewing candidates.
  • Process management: Handling the complete recruitment cycle from initial contact to final placement. This includes preparing candidates for interviews, managing feedback, closing deals, and conducting post-placement follow-ups.

Research Duties:

  • Actively connect with candidates and industry professionals, perform market analysis, and utilize various databases and social media platforms.
  • Generate leads through interactions with industry contacts and stay informed on market trends to maintain competitive intelligence.
