A leading financial services company is seeking a skilled Recruiter to join their team in Tampa, FL on a long-term temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies in partnership with Hiring Managers, Human Resource Business Partners, and the High-Volume Screener.
- Provide exceptional customer and candidate experiences, focusing on building strong relationships and delivering results.
- Establish a strong brand presence in the talent marketplace, showcasing expertise in the fields supported.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the line of business and staffing needs, offering proactive solutions and consulting with managers on hiring processes.
- Review and qualify candidates provided by the screeners, building diverse slates for Hiring Managers to select and fill open requirements.
- Communicate regularly with Hiring Managers, driving the recruitment process and ensuring timely candidate decisions.
- Partner with Human Resources Business Partner and Compensation to create offers based on current labor market conditions, negotiate employment offers with candidates, and monitor candidate flow through the pre-employment process.
- Utilize Oracle and maintain data integrity, ensuring proper documentation of the selection process and compliance within the recruiting process.
- Employ various techniques, including referral-based calling, professional networking, social media, and broadcast emails, to develop diverse candidate slates.
- Identify and source diverse candidates through working with external and internal resources.
- Provide a stable and resilient operations environment by ensuring a solid focus on risks and controls.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum three years of full life-cycle recruiting experience and/or agency recruiting experience strongly preferred.
- Experience recruiting and supporting multiple lines of business.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Strong customer service and consultative skills, with an emphasis on creating a positive experience.
- Detail-oriented and familiar with recruiting compliance requirements to minimize risk to the organization.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Significant knowledge of sourcing and maintaining relationships with diverse candidate pools.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, priorities, and initiatives.
- Innovative, creative, and results-oriented, with strong organization and follow-through skills.
- Comprehensive experience with MS Office.
- Experience with Taleo or other complex applicant tracking systems.
- Experience in financial services, consulting, or consumer-driven industries, specifically payments industry, are strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
