Role Summary:
The Account Executive will spearhead all B2B sales initiatives within a designated territory. This role involves collaboration with a diverse array of healthcare professionals, employer groups, and payor source clients, showcasing the benefits of Rezolut's imaging services. The Account Executive will guide clients through every stage of the sales process while working closely with Rezolut personnel to guarantee positive experiences with our imaging services. Participation in weekly growth meetings with Rezolut operations and other meetings as directed by sales leadership is essential. The role includes responsibility for growth strategy, execution, and the reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) for an assigned portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with business development leads and clients, including healthcare providers, care management organizations, employers, and payors.
- Deliver compelling proposals, secure signed agreements, and oversee the implementation of new mobile imaging initiatives or provider contracts.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure repeat business opportunities.
- Utilize analytical skills to effectively prioritize and assess the value of business agreements.
- Educate clients on the features and advantages of imaging and wellness services.
- Engage in regular communication with clients to ensure their expectations and patient needs are met.
- Assist in identifying and resolving any issues related to client dissatisfaction or service-related problems.
- Continuously identify and assess barriers to business growth, providing management with potential solutions.
- Act as a representative of Rezolut within the community, fostering a positive image and generating interest in our services.
- Utilize CRM systems to document client interactions, monitor deals, and report on KPIs.

Qualifications:
Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. Experience and familiarity with the radiology sector. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of sales experience, including 3-5 years of proven success in B2B sales within healthcare, health information, or employee benefits sectors.
Required:
A minimum of 3-5 years of successful experience in outside sales. High School diploma or equivalent. Proficient understanding of healthcare systems, including medical billing and payment processes.
Certifications and Requirements: Must possess a vehicle with current insurance and a valid driver's license.
Travel Requirements:
The Account Executive will be expected to travel as necessary within the assigned territory. Occasional travel to other Rezolut locations may also be required.
Compensation Package:
The Account Executive will receive a competitive compensation package, which includes a base salary along with an incentive plan.
