Office Management Specialist

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Extensive administrative background: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Preferred: Bilingual in English and Korean

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute comprehensive office management tasks as directed by the executive director.
  • Oversee the facility to guarantee safety, security, and proper maintenance.
  • Assist the executive with various administrative and operational tasks.
  • Facilitate coordination among plant construction project teams and suppliers.
  • Manage corporate landscaping services.
  • Offer extensive support to other departments such as Compliance, Finance, Accounting, Business Technology, Human Resources, and external vendors. This may involve preparing expense reports, assisting with events, and reporting labor hours.
  • Welcome visitors to the corporate office, directing them and providing necessary information.
  • Act as a backup for compliance or other corporate personnel as required.
  • Coordinate the recruitment of new staff to establish a team for the plant.
  • Assist in organizing Board meeting activities and preparations.
  • Provide logistical support for senior management visits, including accommodation, transportation, and meeting room arrangements.
  • Support project-based work across functional and corporate areas.
  • Safeguard the organization's integrity by maintaining confidentiality of information.
  • Perform additional incidental and related duties as assigned.
  • Maintain knowledge of and comply with corporate standards for business conduct and federal antitrust regulations.
  • Adhere to company priorities – safety, financial integrity, customer satisfaction, and employee welfare.
  • Keep the HR Director and management informed of any potential issues and concerns.
