Position Overview

This full-time on-site position for a Process Engineer at Fulton Bellows, LLC in Knoxville, TN, involves overseeing daily operations related to the design, management, and analytical tasks for multiple products. The Process Engineer will focus on enhancing processes across various industries, including Critical Service Valves, Oil & Gas, Automotive, Electrical Production, Gas Turbines, Fuel Cells, Medical, and Measurement & Control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee assigned projects.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for production activities.
  • Initiate and manage continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and document processes to ensure quality production that meets customer specifications.
  • Conduct audits of production processes and lead Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) efforts.
  • Engage directly with clients regarding assigned projects.
  • Implement basic 5S principles and other assigned tasks.
  • Comply with all safety regulations and plant policies.
  • Contribute to the achievement of company objectives.
  • Encourage and support a total quality management approach.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficient in Process Control and Process Engineering.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or program management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience of 5-10 years.
  • At least 5 years of experience in tool and die making and support.
