Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for owning the entire sales cycle, from outreach to closing deals with high-growth SMEs and enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
  • Manage an account list of potential clients, identifying opportunities and developing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business owners, decision-makers, and influencers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to drive product strategy and innovation.
  • Lead sales initiatives, including product workshops and sales process improvements.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
  • Manage post-sale accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving repeat business.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the payments or merchant acquisition industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
