About the Role

The Association of National Advertisers is seeking a highly skilled Media Planning Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Media & Measurement Leadership Council, you will play a critical role in driving growth for marketing professionals, brands, and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple media and measurement workstreams and products, including Retail Media/Measurement, CTV/Streaming, Media sustainability, Programmatic Transparency, and DEI media investments.
  • Assist the Senior Vice President in driving the MMLC practice at an increased speed, accelerating output of leadership pipeline products, and developing avenues to share related outputs with the advertising community.
  • Develop and manage frequent communications with MMLC brand members, focusing on the additional development of the outward-facing MMLC webpage and working with the Marketing Team to develop a promotional plan to increase practice awareness.
  • Collaborate with other ANA media-related practices to have a deeper overall connectivity and develop deeper engagement with the CMO practice to clearly establish value throughout a brand's organization.
  • Drive and compile analytical reports and surveys around input from MMLC brand members and partner with other ANA committees to help program events focused on media-related content.

Requirements:

  • Relevant bachelor's degree from an accredited institution plus a minimum of 3 to 5 years of agency, client-side marketing, media, or other relevant prior work experience.
  • Solid understanding of advertising and the marketing industry, with a working knowledge of topical areas.
  • Project management experience, with a strong sense of personal ownership of responsibilities on a results-oriented team.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to change, with verbal and written communication skills needed to build out MMLC-related working group reports and properly represent the MMLC externally.
  • Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple priorities, with the ability to travel within the U.S. (light travel activity).
  • Proficient in MS Office with strong Microsoft Excel skills in particular.

What We Offer:

  • Starting pay range: $67,000 to $72,000, based on relevant experience and qualifications.
