Job Role:

The ideal candidate for this Site Supervisor position will possess a deep understanding of security operations and a proven track record in supervisory roles. They must be equipped to lead a team, implement security protocols, and conduct thorough site inspections to mitigate potential risks.

Key Responsibilities:

Safeguard security staff through training and mentorship on safety protocols and emergency procedures.Regularly inspect security equipment to ensure optimal functionality.Pursue investigations and generate detailed incident reports when security breaches occur.Maintain open communication channels with both security teams and upper management.Enforce adherence to company policies and regulatory standards, while creating schedules based on employee performance and seniority.

Requirements:

  • A current SPO license is mandatory.
  • Experience in a security leadership capacity.
  • Superior leadership, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep knowledge of security operations, risk management, and related regulations.
  • Ability to handle emergency situations effectively.
  • Understanding of applicable laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in operating security equipment and technology.
  • Capacity to maintain physical fitness and work extended hours.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in security management advantageous.
  • Flexible scheduling needs.
  • A reliable vehicle for transportation purposes.
