About the Role

As a Site Leadership Specialist at Horning Management Company, LLC, you will be responsible for leading daily property operations and overseeing site teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversight of site teams and preparation of work schedules
  2. Monitoring leasing activity and reporting as required
  3. Approving applications and signing leases in absence of Property Manager
  4. Management of lease renewals, move-outs, and turnover processes
  5. Performing move-out inspections and completing move-out transmittals
  6. Preparation of collection paperwork and ensuring advertising is up-to-date
  7. Providing site team training and responding to resident concerns
  8. Coordination of inspections and maintenance activities
  9. Collaboration with Service Manager and Maintenance Supervisor to reduce rent loss
  10. Preparation of reports and oversight of expenses and invoicing
  11. Working on the first Saturday of the month as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to build, mentor, and inspire teams
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Property Management/Leasing/General Accounting
  • 3 years tax credit and HUD experience

Estimated salary range: $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
