Responsibilities:
- Client Account Planning: Work collaboratively with Client Account Managers and Client Service Leads to develop and maintain client account plans, ensuring alignment with geographic and market priorities.
- Opportunity Analysis and Win Plan Development: Lead opportunity analysis and win plan development to position for strategic opportunities, leveraging the Relationship-Based Sales (RBS) process.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and reinforce client relationships to achieve client satisfaction and fully leverage our relationships to benefit our clients and Jacobs.
- Strategic Oversight and Decision Making: Provide strategic oversight and decision-making on must-win opportunities, attending color reviews and providing input on win themes and differentiators.
- Team Collaboration and Communication: Partner with CAMs, sales leads, and opportunity sales teams to develop and execute effective winning strategies, driving business development investment and market share growth.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience: Sales, marketing, or business development experience within the architectural, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry, preferably water experience.
- Relationship-Based Sales: Experience with relationship-based sales, emphasizing developing winning strategies and differentiating value propositions.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, including financial literacy, strategic thinking, market awareness, problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership.
- Communication and Team Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including interview skills, and a team player with the ability to develop, nurture, and maintain relationships across the company.
