About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to join our Retail Engineering organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading large strategic programs/projects, mobilizing cross-functional team members, and influencing business and IS&T leaders to drive groundbreaking retail concepts into reality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all aspects of large cross-functional projects, including scope, requirements, timelines, risks, and change management.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, all levels of management, and strategic technical and business stakeholders.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships and manage conflicts effectively.
  • Deliver successful outcomes and execute with laser focus on execution, with a keen eye for important details.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in Software Development Lifecycle (i.e. Waterfall, Agile)
  • 5 years of experience managing program teams in a matrix environment
  • 5 years of project management experience in software/technology field
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5 years of e-commerce programs and product management experience in large corporate environment
  • Ability to exude confidence around business and engineering executives (Directors, Sr. Directors, VPs)
  • Ability to lead, take action, and provide goal-oriented direction in the face of ambiguity
  • Comfortable expressing a point of view and influencing change across projects, programs, and processes
  • Knowledge of Apple Retail and core products and operating systems
