**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily store operations and guide Associates to engage effectively in promoting our values and achieving sales targets.
- Set a positive example by achieving personal sales and key performance indicators (KPIs) while encouraging Associates to do the same.
- Drive sales growth by creating enthusiasm among the team regarding new products and services.
- Ensure all Associates are well-informed about product knowledge, promotions, and in-store events.
- Address customer complaints and concerns promptly, ensuring resolutions positively impact the customer experience.
- Foster a welcoming environment that promotes trust and empowers employees, enhancing engagement.
- Assist store leaders by providing constructive feedback to improve financial performance and customer satisfaction.
