Position Title: Airport Customer Service Representative

Role Summary:

As an Airport Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive a warm and genuine Hawaiian hospitality experience. This position involves working at both the ticketing area and the boarding gate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to all guests.
  • Assist with check-in procedures and manage boarding processes.
  • Communicate effectively with guests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Support team members and contribute to a collaborative work atmosphere.

Compensation and Benefits:

This role is governed by a collective bargaining agreement, with a current hourly wage of $12.80. The position is part-time and includes flight benefits.

Work Schedule:

Work schedules are determined by seniority, with new hires assigned shifts based on operational requirements. Flexibility is essential, as shifts may vary throughout the year in response to flight schedules.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
  • Possession of a valid U.S. driver’s license (no permits or provisional licenses).
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. for baggage handling.
  • Willingness to work any assigned shift.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test and ongoing random testing.
  • Ability to pass comprehensive background checks and obtain necessary clearances.
  • No visible body art while in uniform.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the airline industry.
  • Background in customer service, particularly within the hospitality sector.
