- Possess a thorough understanding of the hotel, its staff, and available services, including operational hours for all departments and nearby amenities.
- Effectively communicate with guests and colleagues in a clear and courteous manner.
- Provide exceptional service to hotel guests through professional phone etiquette.
- Act as a representative of the hotel by promoting its amenities, including the restaurant, lounge, and gift shop. Welcome guests warmly and sincerely.
- Understand various payment methods, check cashing protocols, and charging procedures to assist guests effectively.
- Offer accurate directions and information regarding the local area.
- Respond to emergencies in accordance with established protocols.
- Document all guest complaints in the designated system promptly and professionally.
- Ensure that guests experiencing issues receive immediate attention and satisfactory resolutions, including follow-up communication.
- Complete all tasks assigned by management that fall within the associate's capabilities.
- High School Diploma is mandatory.
- A minimum of 6 months experience in a similar position or a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as the hotel operates 24/7.
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and hotel operations, including a comprehensive understanding of guestroom features and amenities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure all guest needs are met.
